Ordering and Returns

It’s easy to place an order. Use our online shop to select products you would like to purchase. Then use the checkout process to complete your order. You can pay via personal check or via credit card using Paypal.

If a personal check is used, goods will be shipped within 3 days of the check clearing our bank.

We offer free shipping for orders over $150.

You may return all gems or rough within seven days of receipt and your refund will be sent shortly after returned goods are received provided that:

Goods are returned unmarked and as shipped condition in original packing.

USPS postmark or Fed EX pickup date shall be sole indicator of return ship date.

If product is not special made to order ( i.e. special setting ordered), gems may be returned before being set.

Gems can be sent for inspection & approval before being set.

Set jewelry may not be modified or returned when setting specially ordered.

Patron is responsible for and agrees to all shipping and insurance costs for both receipt & return of goods. This may be waived based upon special circumstances.

We will ship via USPS registered mail or Fed Ex &/or UPS signature required insured.

All promised ship dates are approximate. We accept orders only with reasonable product due dates so as to not compromise quality by a rush project.

Remember you are ordering direct from our Virginia facility where we cut our gems.
