Our Services

We offer gemstones, either from our inventory or that we custom cut, from facet rough that we have purchased from mines located worldwide for sale to the public.  We want to be sure that everyone is aware that we regularly cut or recut customer provided rough or gems. So please don’t discard that chipped gem or stone from your treasured collection. We will give them new life.  And that rough you and your family found at a mine?  Please send it to us for an evaluation as to what size and shape that rough may yield.  We do not charge for this service.

At Gems by Gregory LLC we can create for you a unique custom hand-made setting into which we will mount your newly cut or recut gem. We work with you and your input and thoughts help transform the idea of what you envision into a new and beautiful setting.  Customers often send us their existing rings for us to set their newly purchased gem.  We gladly provide this service, but, we want customers to please be aware that existing settings may be subject to wear.  That is prongs may thinner or work hardened or may need to be repaired or replaced and the band may also be worn.

Alternatively, if you wish, we routinely purchase a pre-made mounting from  respected US companies in which we will then set your gem. The choice is always yours!  The price of a setting for your gem is of course extra but there is NO CHARGE to the customer for us to set your gem in a setting provided by the customer or by Gems by Gregory.
